Our Purpose & Impact
Nexelica Thrive is dedicated to youth development, empowerment, and equity. We focus on giving young people the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in school, in the workplace, and in life.
2025 Impact (so far):
7 students kept in school through tuition support, transport sponsorships, and supplies.
Goal: Double this number by year-end, with a focus on young women and PWD learners.
Launched a fully funded internship program, offering graduates stipends, mentorship, and onboarding support to boost employability.
Ran 4 successful pad drives, delivering 5,000+ sanitary pads to under-resourced schools (with a sustainability plan underway).
Offered free CV revamps & career coaching to prepare young people for opportunities.
